Selecting the "Users" button will display a list of user accounts that can access the monitoring dashboard for the selected company.
Selecting the "view as", will allow the MSP to port into the dashboard view as if logged in as the selected user. This allows the MSP to assist the end-user with questions or changes.
Adding and removing users can be done by the MSP from the user dashboard by clicking “view as” and navigating to the "Account" and selecting "Users". Changes can also be done directly by the account customer administrator from their account section of the dashboard.
