Status
Once a company has been selected, one of three account statuses will be displayed.
1. Trial: The account created will be placed on a 30-day trial automatically. Next to the trial status, the start and end date will be displayed.
2. Subscription: Status identifies a paying customer with the start and end date displayed.
3. Inactive: For an account in which the MSP terminates the service, the staus displayed will be Inactive with the inactive date displayed next to it.
Change Status
To change the status, select the drop-down and the option desired. Once an option has been selected, a date picker will appear, select the date and save the changes.
