  • Can I insert my company logo in my profile?
    Yes! When creating your account for the first time you can click on the section to add company logo. To add an image after your signup, follow these simple steps: Login to visibilityone Click on the menu icon located on your upper right corner Go to "account" In "My Admin Info" you will fing the section to add or replace your company logo. After uploading your image, click "Save Changes" Note: You must be an account administrator to add or change your company logo.
  • Does VisibilityOne scan my network?
    No! When you are adding a video conferencing device you specify an IP address. We will only try to communicate with the address you have entered.
