Notifications

How to enable and disable email notifications


To disable your email notifications, login to your dashboar (https://www.dashboard.visibility.one). 1. Click on the menu icon 2. In the menu, click on Account 3. In the notofication section, click on the slider to disable or enable notifications. This only disables email notifications.




Polycom. How to disable or re-enable monitoring


To disable or re-enable your monitoring for all Polycom devices, login to your dashboard ( https://www.dashboard.visibility.one) 1. Click on the menu icon 2. In the menu, click on Memership & Subscriptions 3. Click on Polycom 4. In the monitoring section, click on the slider to disable or re-enable monitoring. This disables or re-enable the colleciton of data/monitoring from your Polycom device. Please note, disableing this will create a data gap in your monitoroing service/reports.




Cisco. How to disable or re-enable monitoring


To disable or re-enable your monitoring for all Cisco devices, login to your dashboard ( https://www.dashboard.visibility.one) 1. Click on the menu icon 2. In the menu, click on Memership & Subscriptions 3. Click on Cisco 4. In the monitoring section, click on the slider to disable or re-enable monitoring. This disables or re-enable the colleciton of data from your Cisco device. Please note, disableing this will create a data gap in your monitoroing service/reports.




I have a Proxy, what do I need to whitelist?

Access

Does VisibilityOne scan my network?


No! When you are adding a video conferencing device you specify an IP address. We will only try to communicate with the address you have entered.





Customizing

Can I insert my company logo in my profile?


Yes! When creating your account for the first time you can click on the section to add company logo. To add an image after your signup, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to visibility one
  2. Click on the menu icon located on your upper right corner
  3. Go to "account"
  4. In "My Admin Info" you will fing the section to add or replace your company logo.
  5. After uploading your image, click "Save Changes"
Note: You must be an account administrator to add or change your company logo.
